The Spring Festival, for Chinese people, is a traditional festival symbolizing reunion, gratitude, and new beginnings. It is a time for us to temporarily put aside work, spend precious time with our families, celebrate the achievements of the past year, and welcome a new beginning.
Therefore, we will be closed from February 14th, 2026 (Saturday) to February 23rd, 2026 (Monday) Beijing time to celebrate the Spring Festival. The company will resume normal operations on February 24th, 2026 (Tuesday).
During this period, our offices will be closed, and there will be delays in order processing, logistics arrangements, and responses to regular customer service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience.
To handle extremely urgent matters, we have set up a dedicated emergency email address: sales7@hnhirun.com. Please use this email address only for truly urgent matters. We will check and respond to such inquiries as much as possible during the holiday. For non-urgent inquiries, we will process them as soon as we resume work on February 24th.
